Visa Fee & Embassy Submission
Once your visa application has been submitted to the embassy, the visa fee becomes non-refundable under all circumstances. Please note that visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy, and no guarantee of approval can be provided.

Visa Rejection Policy
In the unfortunate event that your visa application is rejected, we will provide you with the reason for rejection as received from the embassy. However, the application fee remains non-refundable.

Emergency Situations
We reserve the right to terminate our agreement under exceptional circumstances, such as severe illness or serious accidents involving our team members. In such cases, we will do our best to arrange an alternative authorized agent to assist you.

Processing Time & Embassy Working Days
Visa processing time is determined by the embassy and is beyond our control. Typically, applications are processed within 3 to 5 working days. However, this duration may vary.
Please note that the Dubai Embassy remains closed on Fridays and Saturdays, which may affect your processing time.

Urgent Visa Applications
If you require a Dubai visa within 24 hours, an additional express processing fee may be applicable. Kindly contact our team for more information.

Delays & Refunds
We are not liable for any delays or rejections caused by the embassy. No refunds will be issued for applications that take longer than the usual processing period.
